Official Dark Knight Rises Teaser Trailer. No Superman Logo In Sight.
The bootleg teaser trailer for Dark Knight Rises quickly leaked it’s way on the Internet shortly after the teaser poster was released but now is officially up and sadly without any secret Superman logos.
Despite the excitement of just seeing footage from the movie the trailer is actually pretty withholding. If not for a quick close up of Bane it serves as nothing more than a reminder that the movie is coming out. Course…that’s kinda the point of a “teaser.” The Batman Begins teaser had a similar effect.
So…from Legendary Pictures, Syncopy Films, and Warner Bros…don’t forget theirs a new Batman movie coming out next summer.
And just because you were nice enough to click through to the actual article here are two stills of the only real takeaways; a Bane close up and Batman in a boxing ring.
Wonder if this is where Nolan got the idea for the scene…

Watching this over and over again… and adding it to the fact that Nolan has said no one would be able to sequelize his trilogy, and that WB has already mentioned a Batman reboot will follow this film… I’ve become convinced that Batman is going to die in this film. And in truth, I can’t think of a more epic and/or appropriate way for Nolan’s legend of the Bat to end.
Was it a mistake on the part of the studio for the Superman logo? I have that as one of my facebook profile pics and someone brought it to my attention
