The Dark Knight Returns trailer is here for part 1 of the 2 part movie series coming to DVD this October. One of the greatest Batman stories of all time has been adapted to the animated form but will it hold up?
We break it down…
0:05 – Old man Bruce Wayne; Frank Miller and Batman Beyond do it best.
0:10 – The coolest part about being the mutant leader, nipple protectors.
0:23 – Remaking Frank Millers famous batman pose against lighting, shut up and take my money!

0:34 - Carrie Kelley Robin, getting more awesome.

0:49 – I guess Gordon’s voice got higher as he got older, who would have thunk it.
0:55 – “The war goes on.” Seriously, shut up and take my money!!
1:07 – Batman smiling while he bombs the mutants, love it.
1:09 – Batman rising out of the mud, oh my gosh.
1:16 – The Joker smile. Can’t wait.
122 – End the trailer with Batman crippling a man, works for me.
So Batman doesn’t sound any older than usual and Gordon kinda sounds Grandpa Pickles from Rugrats but my final thoughts (again)….
