Nobody Watches the Watchmen (Video)

FunnyorDie.com made a new video parodying Watchmen and the secret involvement by Alan Moore. Whether you just watched the movie and never read the book, thought of it as only a tip of the hat to one of the greatest comic literature pieces of all time, liked it, loved it, or just want to see a funny interpretation of a modern day warlock with a long beard, this video gets 10 out of 10 smiley face blood splots from me. I liked the Watchman movie and the book is one of the best comics I’ve ever read but I couldn’t help but laugh at imagining Alan Moore sitting at his mac in his tighties, the robo-Rorschach, or the people who are clawing their eyes out from the 4 hour long extended edition. I do hope Mr. Moore never sees this though (for the sake of the staff at FunnyorDie.com) but then again…I would imagine Alan Moore writes with feather and ink and if asked about a mac he’d reply, “I hate that restaurant, what with that stupid clown and all.”
