I’m not sure, thats a good question, but based on grant morrison’s Batman #666 set in the future with Damian Wayne as Batman I would say that any Batman Beyond story would be out of continuity and prob in its own mini series.

Batman Beyond stories are “returning”? So they won’t be in either the Batman or Detective Comics books & out of continuity?
