Couple of things worth noting:

- Spider-Man is cuffed right in front of a little girl (photo). I hope her mom has the sense to tell her that the real Spider-Man, Peter Parker, lives in New York. Not LA.

- The man who was allegedly assaulted didn’t want to press charges; must have been a fan.

- “But it’s the latest in a string of incidents involving movie characters and celebrity looalikes who vie for space.” Dear LA Times, that is NOT a Spider-Man lookalike. Have you ever seeeeeen Spider-Man?

- Wait till Jameson get a load of this!

Best of luck Spider-Man!

Awesome. I wouldn’t press charges either. Life’s bad enough for ol’ Peter Parker without dealing with court costs.
