Lee Bermejo…holy crap. This was by far one of my favorite looking weeks yet! Goes without saying that the pencils, coloring, and ink was great but the placement of all the panels and figures was pure art. The mirror imaging at the top between Superman and the alien and the lightning paneling that starts at Superman’s head and meets at the bottom..really spot on. As for the story, again you get more art than you do story but the hammer has dropped; these weirdo looking aliens have purposely put Superman into depression to gather information, the greatest being his weakness. Sups has several weakness and since there was no Kryptonite shown I’m wondering if the weakness is something else, say a young woman reporter? Guess we’ll have to wait and see. Either way another GREAT issue.
