Part two of two of the “Tunnel Vision” storyline uncovers a lot of plot points, propelling us forward in Steph’s crazy world of Batgirl. For starters, we now know who exactly our speedster is, though it – in the larger scheme of things – is not exactly important. Just a slacker college kid lacking identity, Xane accepted an “offer he couldn’t refuse” and helped the Reapers in their larger plan, headed up by an, as of now, unknown puppetmaster.
